Description

The Ingco DMD011101 Diamond Disc is a compact and durable masonry cutting accessory engineered for dry cutting operations through hard building materials such as cured concrete, clay brick, cinder blocks, masonry tiles, and stone slabs. Featuring a 110mm (4-3/8 inch) outer diameter with a 20mm center bore, this blade is designed to fit standard small angle grinders and marble cutters to deliver shallow, precise linear cuts.

The blade consists of a high-strength steel core disc equipped with a segmented cutting rim containing a concentrated matrix of industrial diamond dust. The segmented edge design plays an essential role in dry cutting applications by creating physical gaps that allow air to circulate freely around the cutting perimeter, cooling the core and preventing thermal warping.
