Initiate Your Request
Log into your FAST CLICK account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
